Owned and operated by Jesse Funnell, Steam Experts has been serving clients in the Durham region since 2004. With the recent addition of his brother Bobby to the team, Steam Experts has expanded to serve the City of Toronto surrounding areas. Friendly, expert service is what drives these brothers and their company values. Jesse and Bobby began their carpet cleaning journey, part-time in high school. Shortly there after, Jesse was inspired to start his own business and Steam Experts was born.

Pre-Inspection
First we do a pre-inspection with you to ensure we cover any problem stains or concerns that you have. During this, we will clearly explain our process, so you can ask any questions. Following that, we get straight to work!
Pre-Treatment
First, we test materials as necessary, to ensure we employ the process that best suits your surfaces.
For carpets, our first cleaning step is to use an enzyme based pre-treatment on high-traffic areas, as well as paying special attention to those problem stains we talked about during the pre-inspection, treating them individually with the appropriate products.
For more delicate upholstery, we take special care, shampooing by hand with a specialty upholstery shampoo. Problem and stained areas are treated with additional products as necessary. These products are tailored for various fabrics and materials and in some cases we use a pre-spray and dry clean solution.
Truck-Mounted Steam Cleaning System
Once we have applied any necessary pre-treatment, we use our powerful truck-mounted units rinse the carpet with 190 degree steam, followed by vacuuming, to lift dirt, stains, allergens and soiling. A truck-mounted steam cleaning systems is recognized industry-wide as the most effective method for cleaning your carpets. Where access is not available for our truck-mounted systems, a portable system will be used, with the same attention and care.
For the final touch we hand brush or groom your carpets and upholstery for a fresh look and quicker drying times.
Final Inspection
We always do a final inspection to ensure we successfully tackled all stubborn stains. You have the opportunity to join us for this inspection to admire your freshly cleaned surfaces.
