I would highly reccommend Steam Experts. Our tile was 10 years old. Originally grout was creme colour but was much darker and there was a grit feel to the tile. My tiles are now like brand new.

We had Jesse clean our 15 year old grout stains. With a family of 4 (and a dog) we have experienced beige grout that turned brown. After spending a fortune on D.I.Y. stuff that barely worked, we called in the experts. The floor grout looks like it did the day we bought the house. The BEST part is that they sealed the grout to ensure the stains will not come back. Fast, efficient, and clean...excellent people to work with.
