Please review our tips for extending the longevity of the service you received from us:
Minimize traffic on freshly cleaned carpet and remember walking from damp carpet onto a hard surface will be slippery.
In order to avoid furniture or rust spots, please don't remove any plastic tabs or blocks that we have placed under furniture for at least 24 hours. Please also keep any furniture with wood or metal legs that you removed from the carpet, off for the same 24 hours.
Carpet and upholstery drying time can vary widely due to the density of your carpet, humidity and degree of soiling. To speed drying time, air out the area by opening the windows, only if outside weather is not damp or humid. You can increase air circulation by turning on ceiling fans and/or placing your thermostat to “fan” instead of “auto.
If you have air conditioning it is great in the warmer months to speed up drying times. In the colder months please be sure to keep the thermostat at normal room temperatures, if you turn up the heat it will cause longer drying times.
Tile and grout cleaning will take between 1-3 hours to dry. If your tile and grout has been sealed by us, please reduce traffic as much as possible for an additional 1-2 hours to give the sealant adequate time to dry.
